Functional movement for intentional results! Prepare your body for birth, encourage optimal fetal positioning and increase the likelihood of a faster, easier birth and postpartum recovery. This is not an exercise class, but an opportunity to learn simple movements, positions and stretches to create space. Using a combination of Spinning Babies techniques, yoga, and other gentle movement we focus on mobility over flexibility and tailor the class to your needs and goals.
